By submitting an application to start a Ryvok Runners Club, you agree to the following terms and responsibilities as a Club Leader (“You” or “Leader”) under Ryvok Runners (“We,” “Us,” “Ryvoken” or “Ryvok Runners”).
The Ryvok Runners Club exists to inspire consistent movement, fitness, and community connection through running. Leaders help cultivate this purpose locally in a non-commercial, inclusive, and respectful way.
As a Club Leader, you agree to:
Organize regular runs in your local area (minimum: 1 per week)
Ensure all runs are safe, free of charge, and inclusive (no discrimination based on age, gender, ability, etc.)
Maintain respectful conduct in person and online
Communicate upcoming runs through your club's Instagram or WhatsApp group
Use the Ryvok Runners brand responsibly and accurately
Not use the name for commercial activities without written permission
You may use the Ryvok Runners name and branding as part of your club identity. You’ll receive access to digital media assets and may optionally receive a Club Leader T-Shirt at a discounted price.
You must:
Not alter the Ryvok logo or brand name
Not represent yourself as a paid employee or official franchise unless formally approved
Ryvok Runners is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages occurring during any club-organized activity. As a Club Leader, you’re responsible for encouraging safety, hydration, and common sense during runs.
We reserve the right to revoke Club Leader status or branding use if:
You violate these terms
Host unsafe or offensive events
Use the brand for personal or commercial gain without approval
Your contact information will only be used by the Ryvok team for internal communication and support. We will not share your data with third parties.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued leadership implies agreement to the latest terms.
By submitting the club application and ticking the checkbox, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
