Message from your host
Hey everyone, This community is more than just running; it’s all about the concept of “Fit to be free.” It’s been a year since I started this journey. I was feeling pretty demotivated and didn’t have any small wins to celebrate. So, after getting back from work on Saturday, I decided to run from Maninagar to Shilaj Circle, which is an 18 km distance. I don’t have a regular running habit, but I still wanted to give it a shot. It's like overcoming yourself and pushing past your limits. I managed to run 16 km, but eventually, I had to walk since I was doing it without any practice. But I had completed it. It struck me that I was able to do this not just because of my will power, but because of my healthy habits too, that's what really worked for me back then. Since then, I've started running with clubs on Sundays. But when I started my own agency, I realised I would sit all day without getting up for hours. and figured that joining the social run club just wouldn't cut it. I think it's important to mention that just running once a week won't really get you as far as doing some kind of exercise every day. That's why I am Starting this because you should be able to run when you want to, Whenever you wanted to dance, you could. That's what true freedom is all about!
